PRIVACY POLICY — Lead Connector Pro
Last Updated: May 31, 2026
Effective Date: May 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Anesti Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Lead Connector Pro software, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
This Policy covers two very different categories of information, and it is important to understand the distinction:
1. Information about YOU, our Subscriber (the professional who licenses and uses the Service); and
2. Information about the LEADS and CONTACTS that you, the Subscriber, load into the Service. For that lead/contact data, you are the controller and we act merely as a tool/processor under your direction. See Section 5.
1. Summary
- Your lead and contact data is stored locally in your browser on your own device. We generally do not receive or store it on our servers.
- We collect limited license and usage information (such as your license key, access timestamps, and high-level activity counts) to validate your subscription, monitor for license-sharing, provide support, and improve the Service.
- We use a third-party payment processor to handle billing; we do not store your full payment-card details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect About You (the Subscriber)
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account / profile information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, brand name, website, and any professional license identifiers you choose to enter (such as an NMLS ID or real estate license number) to personalize your outbound materials.
- Payment information: when you subscribe, our third-party payment processor collects your payment details. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment, subscription status, and the last four digits/expiration of your card — we do not store your full card number.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically (License & Usage Data)
To validate your license and operate the Service, we collect limited information when the Service contacts our license-validation system, which may include:
- your license key and associated customer identifier;
- timestamps of when the Service is opened or validated;
- the type of event (for example, a license unlock or a periodic re-check/heartbeat);
- high-level activity counts (for example, the number of leads you have flagged as "hot" or "follow-up") used as an aggregate engagement signal; and
- standard technical information that may be transmitted with a web request.
We use this information to enforce licensing, detect and prevent license-sharing and fraud, manage your account, provide support, and understand and improve how the Service is used.
2.3 Cookies / Local Storage
The Service uses your browser's local storage to operate (including to store your working data and your license status on your device). The Service itself is not designed to set advertising cookies. Our marketing website may use analytics or advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) as disclosed on those pages; you can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How We Use Information About You
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- validate your license and enforce these and our Terms;
- process payments and manage your subscription;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and license-sharing;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- understand usage and improve the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How We Share Information About You
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information about you only as follows:
- Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Service (for example, our payment processor and the platform that hosts our license-validation system), bound to use it only for that purpose;
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy; and
- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent.
5. Lead and Contact Data (IMPORTANT)
When you upload, enter, or process information about your leads, prospects, or contacts ("Lead Data"), you — not we — determine what data is collected and how it is used. With respect to Lead Data:
- You are the controller/owner of the Lead Data, and we act only as a passive tool acting under your direction.
- Lead Data is stored locally in your browser on your device and is generally not transmitted to or stored by us.
- You are solely responsible for: (a) having a lawful basis and all necessary rights, notices, and consents to collect, store, and use the Lead Data; (b) handling and protecting the Lead Data in compliance with all applicable privacy, consumer-protection, and communications laws; and (c) responding to any requests from the individuals to whom the Lead Data relates (such as access, deletion, or opt-out requests).
- Because Lead Data resides on your device and not on our servers, we are generally unable to access, retrieve, correct, or delete your Lead Data, and we have no obligation to do so.
If any individual contacts us regarding Lead Data you control, we will direct them to you as the responsible party.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the limited information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because your working data and Lead Data are stored locally in your browser, the security of that data depends substantially on the security of your own device, browser, and practices.
7. Data Retention
We retain license and usage information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for our legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Lead Data stored locally in your browser persists on your device until you delete it, clear your browser storage, or it is otherwise removed from your device.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Profile information: you can review and update your profile information within the Service at any time.
- Local data: you can export or delete your locally stored data using the Service's backup/export features and your browser's settings.
- Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription as described in the Terms of Service.
- Marketing: if we send marketing emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA), such as the right to know, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or "share" (as defined under California law) your personal information. To exercise any applicable right with respect to information we hold about you, contact us at [email protected]. Note that for Lead Data you control, those requests must be directed to you.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. United States Operation
The Service is operated from the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last Updated" date and, where required, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
